Introduction to Python and Anaconda Installation for Python

Python is general purpose, object oriented high level programming language which is used for different applications. Python has been used to develop application in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics, Web development, , Data science, Game development and Much more. The python is easy to learn due to its simple syntax and fewer line of code.

Your first step to learn computer programming with python is the installation of python on your computer. I recommend the installation anaconda which is free, open-source platform for python, R programming and data science. It contains different software packages such as jupyter notebook, spider, Rstudio, and other software used for python programming and Data science. Below is steps to install anaconda. 

1.      Google anaconda.com and go to Products menu Click on Individual which mostly used by individual programming professionals and learners.

2.     After clicking on Individual Edition you will scroll down and see the anaconda installers of Windows, MacOS and Linux and click on download links according to your operating system.

3.     After downloading click on the installer, Accept the terms of Agreement and install it on your computer.

4.     After installing go to Start and you will see anaconda Navigator just click on it.

5.     You will see software packages such as Juypter notebook, spider IDE. Just click on anyone to start code your first program in Python.
